Once work has commenced on your virtual service request, we consider it as having been initiated and, therefore, ineligible for a refund. 2. Cancellation Fee: In the event that you need to cancel a service after our employees have begun working on your virtual service request, a cancellation fee of $75 will be applied. This fee is intended to cover the administrative and operational costs associated with processing and halting the ongoing work.

3. Cancellation Procedure: If you wish to cancel a service, please contact our customer service team immediately. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official communication channels. Please provide your name, service details, and the reason for cancellation.

4. Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of POW Financial Services. Factors such as extenuating circumstances or unforeseen events impacting your ability to proceed with the service may be taken into account.

5. Communication of Cancellation: It is your responsibility to notify us promptly if you need to cancel a service. Cancellations made after our employees have commenced work may still incur the cancellation fee.

6. Modifications to Services: POW Financial Services reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, in whole or in part, at any time. In such cases, customers will be notified in advance, and any applicable refunds or adjustments will be made accordingly.
